Refund Policy

Our software is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, provided the service has not been materially used. Refund requests during this period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable, including partially used periods, downgrades, or unused time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and access to the service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-14 business days to process.
