Injaz is a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage operations such as customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, and messaging (including WhatsApp via approved providers).

Eligibility

You must be legally authorized to operate a business in Saudi Arabia and capable of entering into binding agreements.

You are responsible for:

  • All activity under your account
  • Keeping credentials secure
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Saudi laws and WhatsApp/Meta policies

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, fraud, or unlawful messages
  • Violate privacy or data protection laws
  • Misuse messaging platforms or bypass limits

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Meta and Twilio). We are not responsible for their availability, outages, or policy changes.

Fees

Some features may require payment. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, platform partners, or if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Saudi law, Injaz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
